Confederation Secondary School’s Evolutionary is among the bands featured in Canadian Musician magazine in the January/February issue on music education.

Canadian Musician is produced bi-monthly by Norris-Whitney Communications Incorporated. Published since 1979, the magazine’s primary interest is to profile Canadian musicians and musical events.

 The Trews are on the cover of the current issue. In the past, the magazine has profiled Avril Lavigne, Rush, The Sheepdogs, The Tragically Hip and Hedley, among others.

 “Sudbury can be very proud that our young homegrown musicians are being recognized both nationally and internationally,” says Norm McIntosh, Director of the Evolutionary Band. “We welcome the opportunity to share our success story.”
